Finding the spiritual significance behind each practice
We are thrilled to invite you to join our  spiritual practice group.  In each meeting, we will introduce a simple practice to carry with us throughout the week. These may include exercises like writing a daily gratitude for 10 minutes, becoming mindful of our language—especially in relation to gossip, slander, and similar habits, and more. During our gatherings, we will explore the spiritual significance behind each practice and take time to share our personal experiences.

Eight online lessons you can complete at your own pace, plus personal guidance from a biographical counselor from Hotam School.
This course is designed to introduce the unique method of biographical counseling, based on the anthroposophical knowledge brought into the world by Rudolf Steiner.
It combines theoretical learning with personal exploration, inviting students to engage with their own biographies and discover new ways of reflecting on their life paths.
