Dear members of our international community,
We are delighted to invite you to join our Spiritual Practice Group—a welcoming space for cultivating meaningful inner work through simple, practical exercises that can accompany us in our daily lives.

Where and When?

Via Zoom
Once a month on a Thursday
5:30-6:30PM (17:30-18:30) Israel time

What will we do in the group?

Each meeting introduces a simple spiritual practice that we will carry with us until our next gathering. These may include exercises such as writing a daily gratitude reflection, becoming more mindful of our language—especially in relation to gossip, slander, and similar habits—or other practices that support self-awareness, inner development, and spiritual growth.
During our meetings, we will explore the deeper spiritual significance of each practice and take time to share our experiences, insights, questions, and challenges in a supportive and welcoming community.

Who is this group for?

Anyone who feels called to deepen their spiritual practice and walk this path together with others is warmly welcome.

Facilitators

Orna Ben Dor & Yael Armony
Assistants: Ossi Toper and Taly Gofer

Participation

Participation in the Spiritual Practice Group is included at no additional cost for those enrolled in one of Hotam's annual paid programs.
If you are not currently enrolled in one of our yearly programs, you are warmly welcome to join as well. A donation option is available to support this offering.

Why spiritual practice—and why in a group?

  • To bring the profound spiritual insights we receive into everyday life, allowing them to become lived experiences rather than remaining beautiful ideas.
  • To develop simple, practical tools for integrating spiritual work into our daily lives.
  • To support and encourage one another through shared experiences, questions, and challenges—because the path is much richer when we walk it together.
  • To cultivate continuity in our inner work through a regular rhythm of practice, reflection, and community.

Together, we have the power to lift the heavens!

You are warmly invited to join our WhatsApp group using the link below. All updates, reminders, and group communication will be shared there, so we encourage you to join before the first meeting.
Joyfully,

The Hotam Team
