Dear participants of the international community,
we are thrilled to invite you to a spiritual practice group.

Where and when?
Via Zoom. Every other Tuesday from 8:00pm–9:00pm (20:00–21:00) Israel time, starting June 10.

What will we do in the group?
In each meeting, we will introduce a simple practice to carry with us throughout the week. These may include exercises like writing a daily gratitude for 10 minutes, becoming mindful of our language—especially in relation to gossip, slander, and similar habits, and more. During our gatherings, we will explore the spiritual significance behind each practice and take time to share our personal experiences.

For whom?
Anyone who feels the longing to join us.

Facilitator –
Orna Ben Dor & Yael Armony
Assistants: Ossi Toper, Taly Gofer.

Participation in the group is free of charge.

Why spiritual practice, and why in a group?
• To ensure that the deep and meaningful spiritual insights we gain don’t remain theoretical, but are lived and embodied.
• To gain practical and simple tools on how to incorporate our spiritual work into everyday life.
• To support one another through shared questions, challenges, and encouragement—because the path is much harder when walked alone.

Together, we have the power to lift the heavens!

You are warmly invited to join our WhatsApp group through this link (the sharing and information will be given through this group, so it's important to join):
 Yours joyfully, the 'Hotam' team.
