הסוציולוג הארטמוט רוזה חקר לעומק את הדינמיקה הזו דרך מושג התהודה* (Resonance), והאיר את ההשפעה העמוקה של חיבור אנושי משמעותי.

Rudolf Steiner described what happens, when I meet the Other, as the “archetypal phenomenon of social science”: I let go of myself and participate in the lived experience of the other, only to wake up again to myself, but now enriched and transformed. The sociologist Hartmut Rosa has described this process in much detail, and along several different dimensions of ‘resonance’.

Based on these two descriptions of this phenomenon of encounter, we will explore what makes resonance possible when we meet the Other, what obstacles can stand in the way, how these can be overcome, and how resonant encounters create an opening for the future to appear.

ד"ר יאן גשל הוא ראש המחלקה להתפתחות חברתית בגתהאנום.

הוא למד פסיכולוגיה, חינוך וחינוך מיוחד והשלים דוקטורט בתחום החינוך המיוחד והשיקום. במשך שנים רבות פעל בתנועת קמפהיל בצפון אמריקה, כמורה וכמנהל בית ספר לילדים עם מוגבלויות התפתחותיות, וכנשיא אקדמיית קמפהיל, שם היה שותף לפיתוח תוכניות הכשרה מקצועית ולימודים אקדמיים משולבי פרקטיקה.

Dr. Jan Goeschel is the Head of the Section for Inclusive Social Development in the School of Spiritual Science (Goetheanum). He studied psychology, education and special education and completed a PhD in special needs education and rehabilitation sciences. He has been active for many years in the Camphill Movement in North America, including as teacher and school leader in a school for children with developmental disabilities and as president of the Camphill Academy in developing practice-integrated professional training and higher education programs.
